AIMS

The aim of this research is to determine how to maintain and gain new customers within hotels and present new strategies to cope with the crisis.

OBJECTIVES

1)    To investigate some past crisis and how they were managed. Pandemics, natural disasters, terrorism etc. How other hospitality companies tackled them.

2)    To analyze the impact of the current crisis of the Covid – 19 virus within the organization.

3)    To develop new strategies and measures that can be used during and after the corona to maintain customers. Analyze how companies have recovered in the past.
