Consider the scenario of the Preston Co., described in discussion question #8 at the end of Chapter 4. 

• Create a project objective statement for this project.
• Create a balanced set of metrics that could be used to evaluate whether or not the 10K run was a success. Be sure to consider interim measures as well as end of project ones.
