Ethics Self-Assessment Log

Ethics and ethical decision making form the foundation of effective leadership in the 21st century. Chapter assessments allow students to evaluate their own ethical standards and how effective they are, individually, in creating an organizational culture that values honesty, respect, transparency, and pro-activity around ethical issues. Students will complete a Self Assessment Log, using 4 of the assessments and application exercises included at the end of each chapter. Students will complete 4 assessments and application exercises and write a 4 page paper analyzing and applying the results. The log will be evaluated on the depth of the analysis and the level of identification and transfer of the concept or skill to personal experience.
