Topic: A Brief overview of the intertestamental period of the bible

I am required to turn in a brief history describing the Intertestamental Period, beginning with the period of Alexander the Great and continuing through the reign of Herod’s sons. Where appropriate, be sure to address how various events, individuals, and groups impacted the Jews and land of Palestine leading up to and during the time of Christ. In addition, I must look at the pharisees and highlight in more detail how this particular group affected the first century world of the New Testament. The paper should be double-spaced, use a 10 or 12 point font, and contain one inch margins. This paper should be at least 7 pages long and should follow the basic style guidelines of the seminary (NOTE-Your title page, table of contents, and bibliography do not count as part of the 7 page minimum). I will be required to have at least 5 scholarly sources.
