Just three points before you submit your assignment:1) As you know, it is a requirement of the academic assignment to have a minimum of three (3) academic references cited throughout the body of your work and in your reference list(Introduction to Communication Studies), (Commuunication for Business third edition) and (Communication in our Lives). Please be aware that although you should reference Laswell, Schramm and the work of other theorists who you mention in your work, these theorists do not discuss or evaluate theory. The sources that we have been using frequently in class such as Wood, McClave and Fiske, do discuss and evaluate theory. Therefore, you must be able to draw on three references/sources outside of the theorists we have studied, in your assignment.2) I have attached a sheet with marking criteria which I have discussed in class and in the tutorial, and hope you find it useful.3) A member of your class asked if the time of submission could be the same for both groups, as you have tutorials at different hours. This is a fair point, so the deadline is 12 noon and no later on Tuesday 8th November in the classhall of the first tutorial. Remember that you must sign in your assignment, otherwise it will not be corrected.
