Using leadership and management principles and theories, the student will develop a project implementation strategy. Consultation with your clinical preceptor is paramount. Problem-solving, decision-making and change management theories are expected to be evidenced in the implementation plan. The strategy should include an overall goal or project outcomes statement. Clear measurable objectives should be stated that will guide the implementation plan.  The who, what, when, where and how of the projects implementation will be explained in detail. Any unintended consequences of the plan should be explored. At the conclusion, it should be clear to the reader how this plan will be implemented. Tables, charts, and diagrams maybe used provide clarity on the implementation details. This section of the paper should be  completed in 3 to 4 pages.
