reflective response

i need you to read this two article i upload and reflect on it with response and opinion. 

i only need one page respond for BOTH of THEM !!!!!!! , (no need to put student name or topic) only respond 

After reading the two articles on appreciative inquiry, post a thoughtful and reflective post addressing the following points:

  • A reflection on appreciative inquiry as a future paramedic and member of the healthcare team
  • In your own words, define appreciative inquiry
  • Share and discuss an ideal or less than ideal experience with appreciative inquiry from your field and clinical experiences

here is how it will be grade it, make sure you get the full 10 point 

1-5 Points – posts are on time, but are not reflective, thoughtful, detailed, or articulated in a way that allows for feedback from peers. Does not fully demonstrate understanding of the topic and subject matter. Peer responses offer no to little feedback, are poorly constructed, or does not add to the conversation. 

6-9 Points – posts are on time and are generally reflective, thoughtful, detailed, and articulated in a way that allows for feedback from peers. Does demonstrate an entry level understanding of the topic and subject matter. Peer responses offer some feedback, fairly constructed, and does add to the conversation. 

10 points – posts are on time and are reflective, thoughtful, detailed, and articulated in a way that allows for feedback from peers. Proposes further thoughtful questions for their peers to answer and or further discuss. Demonstrates a high level understanding of the topic and subject matter. Makes meaningful and properly cited references to the articles and points made. Peer responses are highly thoughtful, offers constructive feedback, constructed very well, and furthers the conversation in a thoughtful and productive way.
