Coursework instructions Produce a report of no more than 2,500 words in total (plus or minus 10%) answering the assignment task shown on the previous sheet. An executive/management summary is unnecessary in a report of this size. Your report should include references to the appropriate operations management literature (textbooks, journals and websites). Care should be taken when consulting websites, they are not all equally authoritative (for example Wikipedia is not peer-reviewed; therefore is not considered an academic reference website). A minimum of 3 different academic references must be cited, but a good report is likely to cite many more. You are advised to keep a backup copy of the report until they receive their grade and regularly back-up all computer work onto a CD or other storage method. A disk crash is not an acceptable reason for handing in work late. Review the requirements of the assignment before uploading your work Check all references are correctly listed at the back and cited in the text Check that the work is presented in a report format with clear headings for each ingredient and its supply chain.
