Weekend and Holiday Project

Sandy Esmay is the manager of a small firm. She hired a new secretary who is responsible for maintaining a static computerized and manual tickler system for the firm. The secretary was instructed in the proper method of maintaining the tickler system. After six weeks had passed, an attorney approached Sandy in a panic and reported that he had missed a very important deadline. He accused the new secretary of not putting the information in the tickler system. The secretary insists that she inserted the information. Sandy suspects that the information was inserted on a weekend day.
