the following objectives should be answered. Objectives: 1) to identify the need and importance of leadership development – and how this has changed over time.
2) to analyse the impact of developing leaders on individual and organisational performance.
3) to use project management techniques in exploring how an organisation project manages leadership development – including the personnel responsible and the project management processes involved.
