Student must submit a 3 page paper with section headings (single-spaced, size 10 font with one inch margin all round and MUST include a References section) that discusses how ERP impacts on the organizational success in the hospitality industry. The impacts can be in the form of productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, reduce costs, improved speed, increased revenues, etc. The student should collect information from a chosen firm in the industry, and discuss the ERP system chosen, the rational for the choice, and the ways that the ERP system supports the organization and perhaps provides distinctive competencies or competitive advantage.
