Business Consultant report paper

In this paper you must recall five management problems you have experienced (or witnessed) and provide a management soultion for each.These solutions may come from variety of sources

such as online business journals/articles. The background on writing the paper is that you have been hired by an organization to analyze their management problems. During your observation,

you have noted five critical management problems that affect the morale and productivity of the organization. Examples of the management problems may include: breech of ethical standards,

poor communications,lack of training, lack of followup or control, not empowering employees, lack of planning or vision,harrassment, and discrimination.

The organization you choose to analyze

may be one in which you have been or are currently in, or it may be a fictitious one-one in which you have harnessed multiple bad management experiences in your work career. you will begin

your report with a brief introduction on which you explain why you have been retained by the corporation. It should be at least 100 wordslong. At the end of each section, be sure to indicate

how many words are in each section. After introduction is the consultant report. For each problem/solution you report , briefly explain each problem you observe (100 words). Then provide a

solution to the problem (200 words). Then cite your selected reference using APA style. Make sure you indicate how many words are in each section. ** Execute a problem/solution/reference

section five times (and one introductory memo) and the consultation report will be complete.
