Locate a current event that describes a search, seizure, or identification procedure. Briefly describe the current event and identify whether or not the exclusionary rule guidelines were adhered to, whether any exceptions or exemptions were applied, and whether or not you believe the information obtained should be admissible in court and why. Be prepared to discuss your response with your classmates.
