I want to modify some parts of this piece of article, or I need to rewrite the reprot part.

If it possible, I want to modify the Interview Report! This interview report must be report some people who around you(like roomate and friends) It can not be someone who on the website or not the people who around you. And also this part need to be more rich in content and more words.
And the sources is not very necessary.
