Produce a Quantified Schedule of Works in Excel and using SPON’s Architects and Builders Price Handbook for obtaining the pricing and cost information.
The Quantified Schedule of Works is for the refurbishment works on the Dean Walters Building, Liverpool which is to be refurbished to a Boutique Hotel.
