How many Powers of Appointment (either being exercised or being granted) can you locate in his Will? Indicate where they are and what they say. Identify who the “donors/creators” and “donees/powerholders” are of each one you find. Identify (for the one power of appointment for which it is possible) whether it is a “general” or “limited” power of appointment. What general purposes of the identified powers of appointment do you expect the donor/creator was attempting to achieve?
