Chapter 2 in your text describes the maltreatment of inpatients during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in Western cultures. Use the articles assigned for this unit to describe how this may have occurred. In addition to the ideas presented in the articles, are there other personal, cultural, or situational factors that may have impacted care providers?

References may be included and cited as needed.
