Having gained relevant experience of customer service through volunteering in a range of sport and event activities, you must now produce a report critically analyzing the following:
- The customer service strategy of one of the organizations you volunteered for;
- The concept that good customer service can have on an organizations reputation (outlining a particular example within your volunteering);
- A particular complaint related to customer service within one of the organizations you volunteered for and how you effectively handled it.
You must support the work with specific examples from your own experiences and you can discuss more than one of the organizations you volunteered for if you wish.
Your report must include:
- A brief introduction outlining the concept of customer service strategy;
- Relevant theory;
- Specific examples;
- Conclusion and References.
