Thesis statement: The importance of consent form before signing. It is a good idea for all patients to be aware of the content of any form they sign; as this will give the details of what the form is all about.
1. Understanding the subject matter of the consent form
a. Know what the form is about
b. Know the merit and demerit of the form
c. Elaborate on its importance
2. Decision making should be left to the patients
a. Allow patients to choose
b. Shared of opinion should be allowed
c. There should be no signing of form under duress
3. Using of simple words to write consent forms
a. By not using professional terms
b. Use of images and attracting pictures
c. Using verbal discussion
