paper critical review

Write a critical review of article: Hersh, William and David Hickam. Evaluation of Interactive Boolean and Natural Language Searching with an Online Medical Textbook Journal of the American Society for Information Science 46 7(1995): 476-489. The critical review should include a summary of the contents of paper, the conclusions reached by the authors. The main content should be the personal own critical opinion or views of the topic as well as the support of arguments with facts, factual statement with citations. The review paper should be two pages long (content). At least three references are required besides the research paper.
