Management of E-Commerce

You work as an e-commerce consultant and have been called in by Coventry City Books, a local book retailer.
The retailer, at the moment is purely bricks and mortar, therefore has no online presence.
Task:
Prepare a report, which:
? Introduces the retailer to E-commerce, both B2B and B2C. ? Analyse the opportunities and challenges that the retailer will face in pursuing an Ecommerce strategy. ? Discusses current consumer behaviour and how consumer preferences can be satisfied using the world wide web (hint: could they use social media and social commerce?).
Your report should be referenced using CU Harvard and contain no more than 2,000 words.
