Topic: letter to the dean
I want to write a formal letter to the Dean of my uni because I have been excluded and i want to appeal this decision to the dean .

Iam suffer from depression and anxiety and i have attached a medical letter shows my situation I want to write a very very polite and be very very wishful thinking . so i want to appeal and write this letter i attached a copy of the medical report ,as well a copy of my exclusion decision letter
