Leadership Framework

This essay is designed to be developed based on the earlier assignment called Leadership Framework paper
Submit a paper describing your leadership values, visions and missions, and a personal strategic leadership plan for a specific work environment, community or context, where you want to offer your leadership. Your leadership essay should be both reflective and cumulative as the course will be on the verge of completion. The paper should include:

Choose and describe a place where you want to work, live, or volunteer.
Provide details on the possible leadership opportunities and challenges that exist in the environment you have chosen.
Develop a personal strategic leadership plan for your chosen environment. In your plan include the elements given below:

Write a set of core values of yours (3-5) and explain briefly why they are important to you as a leader and to your leadership style.
Write a vision statement for you leadership.
Write a vision statement for you leadership.
Identify your personal leadership qualities and leadership style. And discuss about strengths and weakness in the personal leadership qualities and leadership style of yours.
Substantiate your ideas, concepts, and descriptions with the relevant literature, discussions postings, and coursework where necessary.
Leadership Framework
My future work environment would be an organization where employees will be given importance to the extent as they are the most valuable assets of the organization. The employees will be motivated enough to work with integrity and honesty and perform to their utmost level without being watched or controlled. In order to build such working environment, the set of core values chosen to be inspired within the organization include.

Integrity will result in the execution of job by the employees on their own without being guarded or controlled. Every employee will work on his own considering himself as the integral part of the organization whose efforts will result in the better output. Commitment ensures that the employees are committed to their organization and will work for its betterment. Dedication involves that both the organization as well as its member will be dedicated to each other in all sorts of situations.

We intend to be the nation’s most competitive organization in terms of our products.
Mission Statement
In order to attain excellence, our manpower will be completely motivated and equipped with the required skills and the prompt responsiveness to the client’s requirements is our primary goal. We consider all members of the organization as an essential and most valuable asset and ensure the betterment of each member to utmost level.
Since I am more interested in letting the employees work without being controlled and to be motivated enough to do their job honestly, therefore my style of leadership can be termed as Laissez-Faire Leadership.
