Josh was sitting in his newly renovated office and reminiscing how Kokomo, the mobile apps
company he founded, had grown from a small band with a head count of 5 to a large group
with a head count of 30. His employees, mostly Millennials in their early twenties who were
experts in software design & programming, played a key role in the success of the company.
Specifically, under Josh’s leadership, they had been churning out one popular mobile app
after another via intensive workgroup collaboration.
One challenge currently in Josh’s mind concerns the type of organizational structure that is
