It’s Thanksgiving day at the Simpsons’ and Bart has removed the labels from the olive oil (primarily monounsaturated fatty acids) and canola oil (primarily polyunsaturated fatty acids) and no one can figure out which bottle is which. As the use of the wrong oil would be disastrous for salad dressings and pancakes, some method of telling the two oils apart is needed. Before Homer can taste the two and deliver his verdict, Lisa pops the two bottles into the refrigerator.
