Facts: I made a dinner reservation at a restaurant and also ordered a peking duck. My friends and I got to the restaurant on time, but the restaurant was so busy and after waiting for over 30 minutes, they still could not give us a table, so we left. The next week, I went back to the same restaurant with another group of friends and had dinner. This time, I did not order peking duck but when the bill came, they charged me for the peking duck I ordered the week before. I refused to pay for it and the restaurant manager said they would call the police.
Questions:
a) If the police will not come why? Please provide at least 3 reason why police reject to come.
