I. CASE SUMMARY: Major emphasis of the case? What is the primary conceptual topic? What concepts, ideas, and topics from the text apply?
II PROBLEM ANALYSIS: Problem analysis includes and goes beyond the application of theory. Here you will analyze and propose a solution. Read the case once to get an overall sense of the situation. Read it again to assess the variables involved, the relative importance of each, and the nature and scope of the situation. After you have interpreted the facts summarize what the problem (s) is in the case and explain your interpretation of the situation.
