Please write an exploratory essay. Choose a new topic related to our discussion of the argument Bell Hooks is making in Feminism is for everybody. Research your topic and identify more than two different perspectives and explain the competing stories. Is there a dominant narrative? Write an essay to explain and discuss the perspectives you find in your research, to work through questions you have about the topic and about the claims made by authors you cite.

Please be specific when explaining the claims of the authors. How do the authors support those claims? How convincing is the evidence they use? Would their claims and support seem convincing to someone who is arguing from a different perspective?
