3. Strategic focus + plan
(a) Mission – Company’s mission statement + your statement mission + hybrid clarity.
(b) Goals – Financial & non- financial
(c) Core competency + competitive advantage – What the company is good at?
4. Situation Analysis
(a) SWOT – A chart with summary.
(b) Industry analysis – size, trends, new developments.
(c) Competitor Analysis – Who are the major competitors? ( Introduce a new project – iphone6: – come up with new features like, 5 inches screen, quad-core processor, so on and so forth )
(d) Competitor analysis – YOU HAVE TO USE 2 COMPETITORS – SAMSUNG AND USE SOME OTHER CLOSE COMPETITORS. Do this in two paragraphs, first paragraph comparing apple iphone 6 and Samsung S5 or Note 3 and second paragraphs comparing apple iphone6 and some other close competitor.
(e) Company analysis – What is marketing strategy?
(f) Customer Analysis – Demographics, geographic, behaviouristic, psychographics.
5. Market – product focus
(a) Market + product objectives – current markets, new markets, Kamloops, BC ( CHECK THE ASSIGNMENT DETAILS ).
(b) Target market – niche, segment.
(c) Points of difference – What makes your product unique?
(d) Positioning – Positioning statement, this is how consumer see your product relative to competitors.
6. Marketing program – (4Ps)
Promotion – link promotion strategy to target market.
7. How many products will be sold (Kamloops), estimated cost (based on foundation from report). ( REFER GROUP RESEARCH OUTLINE )
8. Organization chart – Who is the president? What are the role and responsibility?
9. Implementation plan – one year in Kamloops, BC ( CHECK THE ASSIGNMENT DETAILS ).
10. Evaluation & control – back-up plan.
11. Appendices – Graphs charts.
