Need to relate more in terms of Maslow’s theory and how it is shown towards motivation. The section where I have wrote ‘Schiffman and Kanuk (1994) assume that dissatisfaction is a strong motivator in Maslow’s model. Within Maslow’s model the lower factors need to be satisfied in order to pursue the higher factors.’ my lecturer said I need to do more of this throughout the essay.
