? Chapter 12 is all about Change in organizations. We are going to focus on Informal Communication Network Roles. The book identifies SEVEN of these informal roles starting with "bridge" and ending with "old boys and old girls". For EACH OF THESE ROLES you will:
1. Define the role in 1-2 sentences
2. Provide an example of the role within an organization. You can use real examples from your experience or make up a hypothetical

? Chapter 13 covers a number of concepts but in this activity we are going to focus on TWO concepts.

It’s best if you’ve experienced these in an organization but if not you can come up with examples from your personal life. For each you should explain your example in 3-5 sentences.
