Details: The format of the answer is NOT STRICTLY SPEAKING AN ESSAY since it is divided into four questions or sections. Furthermore, within each section, students are at liberty to use subsections if they think it appropriate. No abstract is required. HOWEVER, we expect answers to be written in an essay style. In other words, we do not expect bullet point answers.
Most importantly, we want to see academic theory APPLIED to the case study. It is not sufficient simply to repeat the content from the lecture slides. Academic theory should be used to analyse the situation in the case and to support any recommendations that are made. As an example, in question 3, it would not be sufficient simply to recite the five service quality dimensions of Parasuraman, Zeithmal, and Berry. Students would need to say what these mean in the context of Yo Sushi. Theory must be related to the case study.
