October 4, 20201. Do you think the United States incarceration practices are too harsh, too lenient, or just right? How would rational choice theory explain your position?
2. Are there structural and/or policy changes we could make to improve our countries recidivism rates? Explain your position.
3. Research what has happened with the Three Strikes Law since the video was filmed. Have the changes had any impact on our crime rates? Incarceration rates? What do you think about the amendment?
