Write an essay that explores some form of diversity within Black Lives Matter social movement.  Focus on the conflicts or challenges that your movement has confronted as a result of that diversity. There are many kinds of diversity you can choose from (e.g. gender, racial, national, age, tactical, ideological, regional, religious, sexual). You may focus on more than one form of diversity, but only one is required. 

1.    At least one source from the course syllabus, highlighting how the issues confronted by the movement the author wrote about are similar to or different from the issues your movement has confronted with regard to diversity. 
2.    A minimum of three outside sources. Of those three, at least two must be academic research studies (articles published in academic journals or books published with academic presses).
