Having now finished you third and final Action Learning Set, you will have some final actions to implement. Once these have been addressed we would like you to once again consider how well you implemented these actions and how effective they were.

We would then like you to think about all three meetings, considering the challenges and the benefits of the action learning approach. Consider how well your set worked together, as well as your individual role in the group. Try to assess how effectively you participated and areas where you could have improved your engagement. We would like you to review the insights and actions you took from the set meetings to evaluate how effective you think the approach was overall.
