Then, working through each step of strategic decision making, consider how you would vote when it comes to Qatar hosting the 2024 Olympic Games.
Submit by Saturday, a 3- to 5-page paper in which you do the following:
Using the template provided and in narrative form, explain how you, as an IOC member, would analyze each step of strategic decision making as it relates to whether you would select Qatar as an Olympic Games host site.
Evaluate the economic, political, and cultural components of this case study that would affect strategic decision making related to globalization.
