Write a 2 page paper discussing the United States Social Welfare
Programs. Using the schema (See attached file) select a social welfare
program in the U.S. and apply the schema to the program. You will have
to do some outside research of the program you choose. Some program
examples are: Red Cross, welfare, WIC, and Social Security. (There are
many others; these are just a few examples.) Answer each question
within the schematic as it applies to your social program. Be
explicit, and provide “real-life” examples to illustrate your points.
In addition, provide your analysis at the end of the paper as to the
effectiveness of the program you chose and why it is or is not
effective as it stands today.
