Answer the following questions in your opinion required for a discussion forum:
1) While democracy may be fair and somewhat equal, it is notoriously inefficient. For example, the recent debates over the budget would never happen in a dictatorship. Is there something to be said for the efficiency of dictatorships?
2) Of the four models of democracy described in the readings, which do you think is best? Why?
