Annotated Bibliography consisting of six sources (no ebooks) from the AUD Library databases* on topics related to the over-arching subject for our research paper: culture. For this to be an effective exercise, you should give some thought to a possible topic area for your final paper before committing to your six sources. For the purposes of this exercise, you should focus on periodicalsi.e., articles from newspapers, magazines, and journalsA sample Annotated Bibliography on a topic related to Hispanic culture appears below. Each entry consists of two parts: a citation of the source in MLA style and an annotation (including summary/commentary) of its contents in a brief paragraph (3-5 sentences).Annotations generally include the following information, in no particular order, from your source:1. The thesis (if argumentative) or a one-sentence summary of the sources contents
2. The main claims or arguments in support of the thesis
3. How might you use the source? Consider the kinds of evidence you find there: for example, does the source report facts or results from formal studies? Does it cite leading authorities in the field? Does it offer relevant statistics? Does it conclude with suggestions for additional readings (a reference list or bibliography)?A Works Cited is an alphabetical listing (by author) of all the works you have cited (in the form of quotation, paraphrase, and summary) in the final draft of your research paper. A Bibliography differs from a Works Cited in that it is a tentative list of sources that you have consulted but that may or may not appear in the final draft of your research paper.[N.B.
