You are the HR director at DSS Consulting. You have received a complaint from Chris Peterson about the removal of her responsibilities by her manager Meg Cooke.

You are the HR director at DSS Consulting. You have received a complaint from Chris Peterson about the removal of her responsibilities by her manager Meg Cooke. As you have only recently become aware of the difficulties experienced with the Southwest Region team, you decide to investigate the situation and create a plan to avoid similar situations occurring in future.
Write a report that provides an in-depth analysis of the issues described in the case study explaining

(1) what went wrong,

(2) how the situation might be rectified, and

(3) how such problems might be avoided in future. Specifically, you must include an analysis of the behaviour of both Chris Peterson and Meg Cooke and the broader issues associated with

(a) team work,

(b) organizational culture,

(c) management style,

(d) change,

(e) training,

(f) communication, and

(g) leadership, that led to the difficulties arising at DSS.

Finally, you must include a plan for the future of Chris Peterson, Meg Cooke, and the Southwest Region team. Both your analysis and proposals must be supported by OB&HRM theories and concepts
