We have been exploring how nursing theory and educational theory and philosphies play a huge role in how we function as nurse educators. As you think about what you have been learning from your readings, study, and thinking, consider what this all means to you personally.

Write a 3 page paper that addresses the following questions:

1. What theory of nursing education and/or other theory of education guide your personal philosophy as a nurse educator? Why?

2. What significant experiences have shaped this view? Have you changed as you acquired more experience in education and practice?

Note: For this assignment, your rationale need to be supported by anlaysis and synthesis level writing. In other words, we will need to see evidence of how you find meaning from the theorioes and philosophies, and not just descriptions of the constructs from the selected theory(ies). Please note that this paper must conform to all APA writing conventions. Once again, for a paper of this length, it is not necessary to include an abstract and Level 1 Headings should be sufficient.
