As HR expert, you have been asked to help the YORLAB management to design the new HR strategy for the changes ahead. Please consider the following three steps in designing the HR strategy:
1) HR strategy content: Critically explore and propose how people should be managed in the YORLAB, what should be the underlying HR philosophy and most importantly what will be the nature of HR strategy itself.
