– What sports or physical activities are recommended and contraindicated?
– Which mode (s) of exercise training is (are) recommended and contraindicated (i.e. aerobic, strength, stretching, etc…)?
– Are there any special considerations to exercise (i.e. body response to exercise, adaptations from mainstream programs, special precautions)?
– Are there any guidelines from national associations (ex. ACSM’s guidelines)?
