Option 1: Watch either the Republican Presidential Debate *  (from 10/28), or the Democratic Presidential Debate (from 10/13, or 11/6), or both. Referring back to concepts discussed in this course (but you need not limit yourself to this course) comment on the economics of some of the candidates and debate topics. Is there anything a candidate proposed that is not consistent with economic theory? What are some ideas you agree with? Disagree with? Note: Chaffee and Webb have both withdrawn since the debate, so focus on the other candidates if you choose the 10/13 debate.

What are the major points of disagreement that have caused TPP to be delayed and voted against? After examining TPP, what are your thoughts on it? Cite any sources you may use
