Here is the data from Group B for everybody to use. I would also like you to present your own subgroup’s data (i.e. the data you and your two bench mates collected) and discuss what worked or why your data did not come out as expected.
This is data from Group 1, 2, and 3 (as explained in the laboratory handout).
The data for starch and artificial sweetener are correct–why?
We adjusted the procedure to add 50 mL of water instead of 100 mL of water to each 125 mL flask. Make sure to adjust your methods write up accordingly. The concentration of the yeast solution remained the same.
