Statement of healthcare management topic/issue to be addressed in the Capstone
briefly describes each of the major constructs in the Capstone and presents a general framework linking the
constructs together. A literature review is a schematic developed by the author that summarizes a wide
literature base and proposes links between general categories of constructs. You should use a literature
review to fit your variables into the relevant categories to justify your selection of constructs in your
project.
