Development planning for employees is a key component of the performance management process. It motivates all employees and enhance personal effectiveness and increase contribution to the organization. Research a company of your choice–that is searchable via the internet—with which you are somewhat familiar. Identify performance strengths and development needs for its employees. Using key elements in Section 3.8 of your textbook as it applies to the organization (pg. 58-59), incorporate development planning strategies.
