  2. Investigate the possible uses of narrative literature as it applies to middle-school language arts and/or content-area classrooms.
  3. What are the advantages of using narrative text?
  4. What are the disadvantages of using only narrative text? Propose five possible uses for narrative literature in a middle-school language arts and/or content-area classroom.
  5. Construct a graphic organizer for use with narrative text within your practicum activities.

An essay discussing the advantages and disadvantages of using narrative text in content-area/language arts classrooms was well-defined, balanced in its presentation, well-researched, and fully developed.

Five applications for using narrative text effectively in content-area classrooms were fully described and applications documented for them to connect graphic organizers for use in practicum activities.
