Assume one beta-globin gene per haploid genome

The PCR recommends that you start with 25 ng of human DNA. You have purified 25ng of genomic DNA from human white blood cells. If the human haploid genome contains 3 x 10^9 bp of the beta-globin gene are present in 25ng of DNA? assume 1 beta-globin gene per haploid genome
