Produce a 2,500 word report which details how you intend to lead the Company, how it will be structured and the techniques you will use to create a successful organisation.

The report should have 4 sections:

Introduction – Give your company a name and identify the key skills that will make you successful in leading the department. (max 250 words)

Creating the Environment – identify which type of structure is appropriate for the company and describe how you will establish the core values and culture of the department

Leadership Style – evaluate different management and leadership styles identifying the
approach(es) you consider appropriate to your company

Motivation – analyse how you will develop and inspire the team to achieve their objectives and contribute to a shared vision
